Nursing Department Leadership (m/w/d) for Geriatric Rehabilitation

The hospitals of the district of Freudenstadt gGmbH offer professional medical care in a family-like atmosphere at two locations. In Freudenstadt, a hospital with 330 beds, including a helicopter landing site, is operated, and in the adjacent town of Horb, a clinic for geriatric rehabilitation with 50 beds complements our offering for our patients. Furthermore, the clinics are accredited as an academic teaching hospital by the University of Tübingen. We are looking for a nursing department leader (m/w/d) who is passionate about geriatric rehabilitation and has experience in leading teams. The ideal candidate should have a degree in nursing science or a related field and several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of geriatric rehabilitation. In addition to the leadership tasks, you will also be responsible for the development and implementation of care concepts and quality management. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.
