You will provide guidance on care processes, support the development of care concepts and contribute to the implementation of new ideas. Your tasks will include: • Providing guidance on care processes and procedures, • Supporting the development of care concepts and strategies, • Contributing to the implementation of new ideas and innovations in care, • Collaborating with our care teams to ensure high-quality care for our clients. Requirements: • Professional experience as a PFK or similar role, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, • High level of empathy and understanding for our clients.
