Duties: · Inspecting the inside and periphery of properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation source, extent of damage, and access to infested locations. · Preparing and applying pesticides, baits, and other control measures to eliminate pest infestations. · Conducting thorough inspections to identify and eliminate pest infestations. · Providing excellent customer service to property managers and residents. · Maintaining accurate records of treatments, inspections, and customer interactions. · Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and new technologies. · Collaborating with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals. · Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures. · Adhering to all company policies and procedures. · Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service. · Working independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and goals. · Maintaining a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and the general public. · Participating in quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. · Maintaining a high level of physical and mental stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment. · Maintaining a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use. · Maintaining a valid certification in pest control technology. · Maintaining a valid certification in first aid and CPR. · Maintaining a valid certification in WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).
