Responsibilities and duties

• Ensure excellence in customer service in order to foster customer loyalty to the brand, driving results towards goal achievement
• Provide information about new releases and best sellers, demonstrate and apply products whenever necessary, and present store promotions with a focus on customer sales
• Ensure merchandising by assisting in campaign setup according to current planogram and MMP (promotional merchandising material) guidelines, as well as the organization and smooth operation of the store
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of goals and indicators pre-established by the company and communicated by management, maintaining store profitability within expectations
• Ensure store opening and closing when necessary, as well as being responsible for operations in the manager's absence. Conduct cash reconciliation during shift changes
• Support the POS manager in cyclic inventory and perform merchandise receiving and reconciliation when necessary.

Requirements and qualifications

• High School Diploma Completed
• Desirable experience of 1 year in customer service and/or sales
• Availability to work at: Av. José Munia, 4775 - Jardim Redentor, São José do Rio Preto - SP, 15085-350
