• Attend to demands via Pipefy system for material, equipment, and service purchases;
• Monitor deadlines and contract balances signaling to the respective manager the moment for possible addendum;
• Promote internally and act according to Purchasing and Contracts policies;
• Lunch payment of rentals, condominiums, electricity bills, freight, taxes, and taxes;
• Act as an intermediary in the processing of contract minutes in negotiation between Syngenta's legal department and the Supplier's;
• Interact with the financial area (Accounts Payable) to ensure the execution of payments for purchases made by the area;
• Provide support and guidance to internal clients,
• Participate in general meetings and area meetings;
• Contribute to process review and improvement;
• Promote health and safety actions, as well as always act according to our culture and values.
