**What we expect from you:**
+ Create and customize **Work Item Types**, **Process Templates**, **Workflows**, and **Rules**
+ Configure **Boards**, **Dashboards**, and **Delivery Plans** for project management
+ Define **approval rules** and **mandatory fields**
+ Implement **automations** (status updates, notifications, etc.)
+ Support the **PMO** in standardizing processes and rolling out the tool
+ Ensure **traceability** of information and **executive dashboards**
**Technical Requirements:**
+ Solid experience in **Azure DevOps** (Boards, Dashboards, and Analytics Views)
+ Experience in **customizing Work Items and Workflows**
+ Knowledge of **Power BI** or **Excel via OData**
+ Experience or knowledge of **REST APIs** (desirable)
**Desired Requirements:**
+ Experience in **project management**
+ Acting or understanding of **project governance / PMO** (desirable)
**Languages:**
+ Advanced or fluent English
