What we expect from you: + We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist with a focus on cybersecurity, intelligent automation and analytical innovation; + The professional will be part of a strategic team focused on the digital and technological transformation of Information Security, being responsible for developing, training and implementing machine learning and generative AI models for threat detection, process automation, risk analysis and support for decision making; + This position requires a senior technical profile and strategic vision, capable of working on projects that combine machine learning, big data, data engineering and cognitive automation, contributing directly to the strengthening of cyber defense and operational efficiency; + In addition to working on the complete life cycle of AI projects, the professional will collaborate with the Threat Intelligence, Data Science, Operational Risk and Technology areas, integrating AI solutions into corporate platforms and security systems. Requirements: + Solid experience in AI and Machine Learning projects, with a focus on practical application and delivery of value. + Mastery of Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). + Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) and fine-tuning of language models. + Knowledge of data engineering and use of platforms such as Databricks, Airflow, Spark, Kafka or similar. + Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Neo4j). + Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI). + Experience in data science applied to security and risk is a strong differential. + Knowledge of statistics, mathematical modeling, deep learning and reinforcement learning. + Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD and versioning of AI models. + Availability to work in a hybrid format in Brasília - 3 times a week.
