+ Act with autonomy and responsibility in deliveries;
+ Solid knowledge in development in Cobol architectures;
+ Active collaboration with the team, following agile practices;

**Requirements:**
+ Experience with **COBOL Mainframe**
+ Knowledge of **IMS**, **DB2**, **CICS**, **JCL**, **CHGMAN** and **VSAM**;
+ Previous experience in projects and operations at **Itaú**, working in a large banking environment.
+ Experience in the development and maintenance of **batch** and **online** programs of any complexity.
+ Solid experience in **analysis and development in COBOL**.
**Differentials:**
+ Experience in projects with **Agile methodology (Scrum)**.
+ Experience with **JIRA**.
