It all started with Aliansce, which opened the first shopping mall in the Northeast region and the second in Brazil in 1975. In 2019, the merger between Aliansce and Sonae occurred, followed by the acquisition of brMalls in 2021. The result was a new brand that combines the best of both worlds: the expertise of Aliansce in shopping malls and the experience of Sonae in retail. Today, ALLOS is a leading player in the Brazilian market, with over 50 years of history and a portfolio of more than 100 shopping centers across the country.
