What we expect from you: + Act with architecture, design, platform solution, guidance and support to development teams; + Structuring of operation and support. Requirements: + Experience with Web Services Integrations, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server and SAP; + Experience in web applications, networks, protocols and emails (SMTP, POP3); + Skill in configuration and customization of Service-Now applications. Ex: Service Catalog, Incident, Installations, Security, CMDB and Changes across the platform; + Advanced Spanish and English.
