INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ADVOCATE SR - PERSON

Besides that, we are looking for an Intellectual Property Advocate SR who can help us protect our intellectual property and ensure its integrity. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Law or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property law, preferably in a similar role. He/She should be able to analyze complex legal issues, develop strategies for protecting intellectual property rights, and provide guidance on copyright and trademark matters. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a team environment. He/She should also be familiar with legal software and databases, such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
