Job description

We have extensive experience representing large companies and investment funds, both domestic and foreign, in Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Shareholders' Agreements, Corporate Reorganizations, and other corporate law matters. Our lawyers are experts in drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic advice to clients. We also have a strong track record of successfully resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
