Consultative Lawyer - Legal

Provide legal consulting support to the Supplier and Techfin areas, ensuring contractual security, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance through contract analysis, negotiation, and standardization, as well as strategic support to internal areas and legal projects. Responsibilities and attributions Analyze, draft, and review contract minutes, addendums, terms, and accessory documents involving Supplier / Techfin; Support internal areas (Products, Commercial, Compliance, Operations); Collaborate with the Legal Department in the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines; Provide guidance on contractual matters to other departments; Participate in the development of legal strategies for the company; Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners; Analyze and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts; Provide training and support to employees on contractual matters; Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement procedures and guidelines.
