Job description
Presentation
The transition to a sustainable economy poses a structural challenge to the country: ensuring that the effort to decarbonize, adapt to climate change and modernize productive processes results in sustainable economic development, without amplifying social vulnerabilities or generating disproportionate impacts on workers, communities, and territories. In this context, the principle of just transition guides the need to integrate, in a balanced way, the economic, social, and environmental dimensions, ensuring that the benefits of the new economy are accessible to all and that any adverse effects are adequately mitigated.
Description of the opportunity
After a first stage of supporting our partner in structuring the initial pillar of Resilience and Just Transition through a robust process of discovery and systematization of knowledge, we have the challenge of building a Change Theory for this pillar, ensuring a coherent look at all actions to be developed, connecting the current scenario and where it expects to arrive.
The core of this stage consists in elaborating the Change Theory: a structured document that starts from the Partner's Impact Vision and brings a chain of intermediate results; compiles concrete activities and interventions necessary to achieve each intermediate result, directly linked to the desired results, forming a logical sequence of actions for change, and identifies premises and conditions that need to be present for each intermediate result to occur.
This process will allow the contractor to have clarity on their strategy, having the action scenario as starting point, the impact vision as endpoint, the paths of change, the intermediate results, and the conditions of action.
Expected Profile
The Cordial Institute has a commitment to promote inclusion and diversity in its team. Therefore, we encourage the candidacy of women, blacks, indigenous people, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities and special needs.
