Project:

Implementation of an Innovation Program in Processes and Development of New Products in the Toroidal and Medium-Voltage Transformer Line.

Academic Background: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.

Main Activities:

• Diagnosis and process mapping;
• Technological modernization; Factory expansion study;
• R&D new product development;
• Prototyping and validation.

Minimum Technical Requirements:

• Experience in R&D;
• Engineering tools (CAD/CAE and simulation);
• Industrial management.

Desirable Technical Requirements / Differentiators:

• Knowledge of transformers; management and production methodologies; Industry 4.0;
• Factory expansion;
• Market vision and compliance;
• Knowledge of medium-voltage technical standards;
