We seek a professional responsible for developing, validating, and applying technical and physiological criteria for selecting plants originating from tissue culture, including defining their physiological limits, through the integration of imaging technologies, as well as performing follow-up and monitoring of the selected plants in controlled environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant biotechnology, molecular biology, and/or biochemistry, with a strong background in sugarcane or related areas. He/She should be able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills and ability to write scientific reports. The Researcher II will be responsible for developing and implementing research projects, collaborating with other researchers, and publishing results in international journals.
