Your tasks - Independent management of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit - Maintenance and updating of personal data records as well as file management - Support with payroll processing and social insurance administration - Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and various confirmations - Participation in HR projects and continuous process optimization. Your profile - Completed commercial education with further training in human resources (e.g. Personnel Administrator) - Several years of experience in a similar position - In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security system - Precise, reliable, and service-oriented working method - Secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with an HR system (e.g. Abacus, SAP) - Team-oriented, discreet, and friendly personality.
