Acceptance and forwarding of phone calls
Input of external employees' working hours for payroll accounting
Preparation of certificates for external employees
Schrittliche and telephone correspondence with employees and customers
Filing and archiving
Purchasing and managing office supplies, work safety clothing, etc.
Bowman management

Preparation of meetings

What you bring: a completed commercial education, e.g. as an office clerk, clerk for business management or office communication, personnel services clerk, or comparable
Good MS-Office skills
Communication strength
Organizational talent and self-initiative
