On behalf of our client, a leading company in the packaging industry, we are looking for an engaged Personnel Leader (m/w/d) at the Germersheim location for a direct placement!
Your tasks: Counseling and support of the plant's management team in all personnel-related matters
HR Responsible for personnel planning, recruitment, development, and care of all employees at the plant and accompanying change processes on site
Interface for employee questions or problems in collaboration with HR assistants
Implementation of our HR strategy and continuous improvement of HR processes
Trustworthy cooperation with the local works council and interface between management, works council, and employees
Your qualification: Successfully completed master's degree (e.g. economics, law, psychology), preferably with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a personnel responsible person with solid knowledge in labor, contract, tariff, company constitution, and social security law
Experience in the industrial sector is advantageous
Comprehensive leadership and team building skills
Negotiation-safe English language skills
Travel readiness for occasional deployments and meetings outside of Germersheim location
