The company's headquarters is located in the heart of Berlin, in the historic Lokfabrik – that's where we feel at home. You'll be part of all our events and also regularly attend seminars to further develop yourself.

Tasks

• Right-hand man/woman of the CEO
• Preliminary accounting, budgeting, cash flow & liquidity
• Coordination of training measures, incentives and internal events
• You plan and analyze ongoing processes to maximize their effectiveness.
• Participation in the company's success: management of innovations & product launches in the established value chain for growth of the company to 10 million turnover

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience and knowledge in organization.
• High discretion, trustworthiness, and loyalty
• Skillful handling of common office programs and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and present solutions.
• The ability to analyze data, understand metrics, calculate numbers using spreadsheets, recognize trends, and make informed decisions to optimize processes.
• The ability to recognize complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement them efficiently to achieve our goals.
• The ability to work in a dynamic team environment, exchange information effectively, collaborate, and achieve common goals.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve results.
