Every day, a lot of orders full of fresh groceries leave our warehouse in Amsterdam. This is only possible if the right people are available at the right time. You ensure that. Our warehouse operates 7 days a week, from 06:00 to 23:00. You will ensure that the puzzle of the number of scheduled own employees and temp agencies fits together every day!

What you will do

• You will create the most efficient possible schedule based on the availability of our employees. You ensure that everyone registers on time.

• You will closely monitor the order forecast and adjust the schedule if it becomes busier or quieter than expected.

• You will liaise daily with our temp agencies, so that extra hands are always requested on time.

• You will keep track of sick leave and identify long-term absence early.

• You will be the first point of contact for Warehouse Employees with questions about their schedule.

• You will work closely with the Operations Leads, the Operations Site Manager, and HR.

This is you

• You have some experience in planning large groups of employees. Knowledge of the Working Hours Act is a plus.

• You work accurately and structured. You get energy from a clear and well-maintained planning tool.

• You are proactive: you anticipate challenges before they arise and contribute to thinking about how we can plan more efficiently every day.

• You are approachable and are just as happy interacting with our employees as you are behind your screen.

• You are communicatively strong in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.

• You are available at least 32 hours per week and work from our warehouse in Amsterdam, right in the middle of the colleagues for whom you are planning. You will occasionally be on standby during the weekend.
