This is still important:

• The majority of our employees work on-site, so physical presence is necessary - occasional home office is OK for handwork appointments etc.
• We need good German language skills for communication, other mother tongues are advantageous due to our international staff (but not a must)

Tasks

• Preliminary preparation of salary & wage statements in coordination with the tax consultant
• Contact person for employees regarding certificates, forms, etc., and other personnel-related matters (e.g. questions about salary calculation)
• Independent development of onboarding, offboarding, formats for team events, training, further education measures
• Support in recruiting, especially for vocational training positions
• Maintenance and updating of personnel records & digitalization of processes
• Time recording corrections, AU calls

Qualification

• Vocational training or study in the commercial sector or as a lateral entrant with corresponding work experience
• Work experience in personnel affairs or administration, ideally in a medium-sized company / vocational training / manufacturing / handwork environment
• Familiarity with HR software and common MS Office applications, ideally with digital tools or affinity to digital work
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Reliable working style
