• Independent execution of the ongoing payroll accounting including all pre- and post-processing steps
• Management of working time and absence data as a basis for correct payroll accounting
• Maintenance and updating of personnel and payroll-relevant master data
• Competent point of contact for employees, managers, works council, and authorities for payroll-related questions
• Identification of optimization potential and active participation in more efficient payroll processes
• Participation in digitalization and automation initiatives along the entire payroll process

• Commercial training as well as successfully completed payroll specialist examination
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Interest in modern payroll systems, digitalization, and process improvement
• Precise, well-organized, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
