Payroll Administrator (m/f/d)

• Independent, timely execution of payroll accounting in various industries within SAP HCM (e.g., retail, metal industry, metal trade, etc.)
• Time management, independent processing of overtime, allowances, and bonuses
• Processing of travel expenses
• General personnel administration (new hires/terminations, sick leave, etc.)
• Contact person for payroll accounting matters of the corporate group
• Support in answering questions regarding labor law, social security law, and wage tax
• Creation of various reports, analyses, and statistics and the associated data maintenance using SAP and other IT programs
• Optimization of existing processes
• Communication with authorities, agencies, and other institutions
• Support and supervision of GPLA, cooperation with other departments

• Completed commercial education (HAK/HBLA) as well as a completed payroll accounting course
• Relevant professional experience, at least 3 years in payroll accounting
• Experience with collective agreements – e.g.: retail, metal industry, metal trade, etc.
• Good knowledge in the areas of labor law, wage tax, and social security
• SAP knowledge advantageous
• Independent, reliable, accurate work style, teamfähigkeit
• Punctuality, accuracy, and a good feel for numbers

• Upon fulfillment of the above-mentioned requirements, we offer a minimum gross salary of EUR 3,157.47 (14x per year). Willingness to overpay, depending on professional experience and qualifications, is given.
