Location: Plattling | 4-day week | Full-time (32 hrs./week) | Immediate start

We are a young HR department in Plattling and are looking for someone who loves order and has a clear head for numbers.

We don't have complicated job titles here – we are simply looking for a reliable HR Administrator to actively support our department.

Tasks

Your area of responsibility with us:

You are not a small part of a chain here, but are independently responsible for your assigned branches. Everything from a single source:

• **Comprehensive support:** From registering new employees and handling certification matters to correspondence with authorities and insurance providers – you have everything under control.
• **Time tracking & Payroll:** You maintain time tracking and ensure the timely payroll processing for your branches.
• **Contact person:** You are the reliable point of contact for all payroll-related issues in your areas.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• **Knowledge:** Ideally, you already have experience with DATEV LODAS
• **Expertise:** You have a good understanding of employment and social security law.
• **Work style:** You are a structured "administrator" – conscientious, orderly, focused, and reliable.
