You plan ahead and coordinate cleverly: In close coordination with our teams, you bring our travel team to the right place at the right time. You adjust assignments with our centers and are available as a central point of contact for external personnel agencies when needed.

You organize accommodations and ensure that our colleagues on site are optimally supplied - reliably, solution-oriented, and with attention to detail.

You create contracts, manage working time accounts, and keep administrative processes around assignments slim and efficient.

You support the team in office routine - whether with email folders, documentation, or general administrative work: You keep the back free and ensure structure behind the scenes.

You're there when you're needed: For our DDP employees, you're the first point of contact for personal questions - approachable, service-oriented, and always easily reachable.

You have a completed commercial education - ideally with a focus on personnel - and first experience in the field of disposition, personnel placement, or employee placement.

You think not just in tasks, but in solutions - and keep your cool even when faced with spontaneous changes.

You have a desire to take responsibility and make a real difference with your organizational talent.

You communicate clearly, empathetically, and on an equal footing - whether internally or externally.

You feel at home in MS Office and may have already worked with Workday or a similar HR system.
