Personnel Support (m/w/d) - internal

Tasks

• Care for our external employees in all personal matters
• Drafting employment contracts, maintaining personnel data and correspondence with authorities
• Preliminary preparation of salary and wage statements for our leasing employees
• Support in the daily business of the personnel team
• If interested: Perspective for further development to a personnel consultant

Qualification

• Completed training in the commercial sector
• Experience in personnel support, ideally in labor leasing
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also experience with payroll programs
• A open and structured working style and enjoyment of moving something in the team
