Payroll Administrator (m/w/d) with a focus on payroll accounting

Tasks

• Preliminary preparation and implementation of the payroll and salary accounting
• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data
• Contact person for tax, social security, and labor law topics
• Processing of certification and notification procedures
• Briefing on time recording and evaluation of absences
• Tight cooperation with internal specialist departments and external institutions (e.g. health insurance companies, authorities)
• Participation in the maintenance of master data and cost center accounting

Qualification

• Completed training as aKaufmann/Kauffrau for Büromanagement (Schwerpunkt Personalsachbearbeitung), Personaldienstleistungskaufmann, Steuerfachangestellter or equivalent qualification
• Ideal candidate with a successfully completedWeiterbildung as Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d)
• Fundamental knowledge of labor law, tax law, and social security law
• At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Ideal candidate with experience using DATEV LODAS
• Safe handling of MS Office(especially Excel)
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• High numerical affinity, structured, and conscientious working style
• Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit and enthusiasm for further development
