Job description
We are looking for an engaged and reliable personnel administrator (m/w/d), who will strengthen our HR department with expertise, heart, and organizational talent. If you enjoy working independently, have pleasure in exchanging with colleagues, and would like to develop your skills in the area of salary calculation, then you're exactly right at our company!
Tasks
Your Tasks:
- You will comprehensively support our employees from their entry to their exit and be a point of contact for all personnel-related questions.
- You will maintain the personnel master data as well as digital personnel files.
- You will create certificates, contracts, work references, and other HR documents.
- You will conduct monthly salary calculations using DATEV LODAS.
- You will manage timekeeping, including absences, overtime, and leave.
- You will process topics such as parental leave, maternity protection, and other accounting cases.
- You will handle business trips and take care of expense account settlement.
- You will organize and coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
- You will support recruitment and training.
Qualification
Your Profile:
- You have a completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on personnel economics or a comparable qualification.
- You bring initial professional experience in the personnel department; experiences in salary calculation or personnel administration are a plus, but can also be further developed at our company if interested.
- You possess basic knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law and have a desire to continuously develop these topics.
- You are familiar with HR and accounting systems as well as MS Office or are willing to quickly get up to speed in these areas.
- You work structured, reliably, and responsibly.
- You communicate confidently, professionally, and master the German language fluently in speech and writing.
