We are looking to strengthen our personnel department by hiring a:

Personnel Assistant (m/w/d)

unlimited, part-time

Tasks

• Taking over the salary calculation for a defined group of people in collaboration with an external accounting agency
• Serving as a contact person within the personnel care framework for employees, management staff, and external parties regarding all questions related to employment relationships
• Leading personnel files
• Creating contracts, notifications, and certifications
• Active development and shaping of the task area through participation in personnel economic projects with the introduction of personal ideas

Qualification

• SUCCESSFULLY completed commercial training
• Good knowledge of salary calculation, as well as labor tax and social security law
• Communication strength and high customer- and service-orientedness
• Pleasure in working together with the team
• A self-reliant and meticulous work style
• Safe handling of MS Office applications
