Job description
An international company operating in the processing industry with a seat at the border of Switzerland/Southern Germany is looking for a responsible payroll and salary administrator.
The company develops technical material solutions for demanding applications and supplies international customers from several European production sites.
In focus are innovation, quality, and sustainable solutions for sensitive product areas.

Tasks
- You are fully responsible for the payroll accounting in your area, ensuring reliability, correctness, and compliance with all tax, social security, and labor law regulations.
- You maintain personal and time data in SAP R/3 HR as part of your daily business.
- You are a reliable point of contact for employees, executives, health insurance companies, and authorities.
- You create certificates, notifications, and other documents, as well as maintain digital personnel records.
- Closely cooperating with external service providers is also part of your tasks.
- You actively bring in ideas for optimizing HR processes, participate in projects, and support the daily business of the personnel department with enthusiasm.
Qualification
- You have completed a commercial training program, ideally supplemented by further education as a payroll administrator.
- You can demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant work experience in payroll accounting.
- You have fundamental knowledge of payroll accounting programs and good SAP R/3 HR skills.
- You are very familiar with German tax, social security, and labor law.
- You speak and write German very well, English fairly well in spoken and written form.
- Your working style is structured, self-reliant, and meticulous.
- You stand out through communication strength, team spirit, and a high level of empathy.
- You bring enthusiasm for HR topics and think solution-oriented.
