Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

The Limbach Nord GmbH (MVZ Labor Limbach) in Lehrte was founded in 1997 and is an accredited diagnostic laboratory. As a member of the Limbach Group, we provide various laboratory services to more than 300 practicing physicians and medical professionals from all specialties as well as clinics in the Lower Saxony region. This includes laboratory medicine, microbiology, and hospital hygiene activities, as well as professional consulting.

Tasks

• You are an interface person for employees and management staff in all personnel-related matters.
• The maintenance of the time recording system and the preparatory payroll accounting also fall within your scope of duties.
• You are responsible, along with others, for the creation and testing of contracts, certificates, and attestations.
• You work supportively in better management.
• You also take care of our branch in Hannover, besides our main location in Lehrte.
• In regular intervals, you are also active at the outlying stations in Peine, Celle, and Hanover-Münden.

Qualification

• You have completed an education or study in the field of personnel management, psychology, economics, or a related topic.
• You bring at least two years of professional experience in the personal/HR context.
• You are flexible and willing to work hourly at various locations.
• You possess a driver's license (Class B).
• You act as a team player and have high communication and consulting skills.
• It is optimal if you have good knowledge of labor law.
