We are looking for a personnel officer or salary calculator (w/m/d) with professional perspective!

In dependence on your qualifications and work experience, you can earn up to 65,000 € p.a.

The full-time position is to be filled within the framework of personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to employ you for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Tasks

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

• Your task area includes the topics of personnel (60-70%) and salary calculation (30-40%)
• Etc. you will create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates
• You will also monitor deadlines
• You will create salary and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including supplements (also for part-time employees), and arrange for the transfers
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as an interface to social insurance carriers and pension funds
• You will be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for
• You will advise management on labor, tax, and social security law matters
• In conclusion, you will create monthly statistics.

Qualification

• You should have work experience either in salary calculation or personnel management, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of the two areas, you will be trained in it
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather dispense with the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you have a desire for nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop professionally
