Personnel Administrator (m/w/x) Central

We are seeking you as a Personnel Administrator (m/w/x) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks

• Compensation calculation: Together with the team, you will lead the monthly compensation calculation for the employees of expert-Central.
• Personnel administration: From contract and certificate preparation to notification and certification matters, as well as occupational pension provision.
• First point of contact: You will be available to employees with questions and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Evaluations: In Excel, you will create evaluations and model calculations.

Qualification

• You have completed a commercial training, ideally with a further education in the field of personnel.
• You possess very good knowledge in the area of compensation calculation and good knowledge of labor law.
• Comprehensive experience in personnel matters, including time recording.
• You are proficient in MS-Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• You are characterized by service orientation, a high sense of responsibility and joy in dealing with people.
