We are therefore looking for you as a Personnel Assistant (m/w/x) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks

• Monthly payroll processing: Together with your team, you are responsible for the implementation of monthly payroll processing within the expert group.
• Administrative support: You accompany our employees throughout their employment relationship, from creating employment contracts to issuing certificates. Additionally, you take over electronic notification and certification procedures.
• Data analysis and reporting: You create personal relevant evaluations and statistics using Excel.
• Process optimization: You bring innovative ideas for improving our HR processes and contribute to continuous further development.

Qualification

• You have a completed commercial education, ideally supplemented by a further education in personnel administration.
• You possess good knowledge of payroll processing and first relevant work experience in personnel administration.
• You are familiar with the basics of labor law.
• You master MS-Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) at a very high level.
• You have excellent written communication skills in personnel administration.
• You are characterized by service orientation and a high sense of responsibility.
