Job description

The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe has been successfully developing, realizing, and managing residential and commercial properties as well as hotels in central city locations for decades. We manage around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units with parking spaces and ensure the long-term preservation of our property portfolio through our facility management and building technology.

To support the personnel team, we are looking for a committed person who supports the team in all administrative and organizational tasks related to personnel matters.

Tasks

  • Comprehensive personnel administration
  • Contact person for all accounting, tax, and social security law-related questions
  • Independent processing of notification and certification procedures
  • Communication with social insurance providers, health insurance companies, and authorities
  • Conducting business inspections
  • Processing absences and vacation requests
  • Maintenance of digital time recording
  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Drafting certificates
  • Support in payroll accounting

Qualification

  • Vocational training in business administration with relevant professional experience in personnel matters
  • Multiple years of experience in recruiting and personnel administration
  • In-depth knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
  • Experience in payroll accounting
  • Experience with digital time recording systems
  • A high level of responsibility, self-reliance, reliability, and discretion
  • Well-developed communication skills and social competence
  • Safe handling of common MS Office applications, Datev, and well-known recruitment tools
