Tasks

Your tasks

• Performance of monthly salary and wage calculations
• Employee registrations and deregistrations
• Processing of sick leave, vacation, and absence notifications
• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data
• Contact person for employees in personal matters
• Support with general administrative HR tasks

Qualification

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on personnel management
• Experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration
• Knowledge of labor and social security law is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and discreet working style
• Safe handling of MS Office, experience with accounting software desirable
