This is what you can expect:

• Support in all HR daily business, including creation and maintenance of personal relevant documents
• Administration and care of access, accounts, and system authorizations
• Participation in the recruitment process, including candidate management and preparation or conduct of initial interviews
• Independent planning and implementation of HR projects

• You have a completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on personnel
• You have first professional experience in the HR field
• You work structured and independently
• You are responsible and discreet when handling sensitive data
• Excellent German and good English skills round out your profile
