Tasks

• Support with monthly payroll processing using P&I LOGA
• Support with time accounting
• Maintenance of personnel, time, and movement data
• Coordination with social insurance providers, tax office, and authorities
• Participation in HR projects
• Maintenance of personnel statistics

Qualification

• Completed commercial or comparable training (e.g. accounting clerk (m/w/d), ideally with additional qualifications or initial professional experience in the payroll area
• Knowledge of social insurance and income tax law
• Ideal P&I Loga knowledge
• High service orientation, communication skills, and team ability
