Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) with Focus on Payroll Processing / Entgeltabrechnung

In this position, you will take on a responsible role in the personnel department and be a competent point of contact for employees, management staff, and external parties.

Aufgaben

What You Can Achieve with Us:

• Conducting monthly salary and wage processing under consideration of applicable social insurance, tax, and labor law regulations
• Caring for, maintaining, and monitoring time recording in accordance with statutory provisions
• Creating reports, evaluations, and personal relevant key figures
• Participation in annual closing work
• Contact person for employees on all personnel-related issues, particularly regarding payroll processing, wage tax, and social insurance
• Handling of notification and certification matters as well as correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies, and other institutions
• Administrative tasks within the payroll department
• Participation in projects and continuous development of your own task and responsibility areas

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally with additional qualification in personnel management
• Fundamental knowledge of tax, social insurance, and labor law as well as salary and wage processing
• Safe handling of MS Office and a common payroll software (e.g. DATEV LODAS or Lohn und Gehalt)
• Experience in operational personnel work
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable working style
• Communication skills in dealing with employees, management staff, and external parties
• A high degree of initiative, care, and discretion

Desirable:

• Multiple years of relevant professional experience (approx. 5-10 years)
• Affinity to digital, paperless processes and modern working methods
