You work independently, are numerically inclined, and always keep an overview even of complex processes? Then you can expect a varied position with responsibility, development opportunities, and a strong team by your side. Sounds exciting? Then apply now directly as HR Payroll Employee (m/w/d)!

Our client is a traditional, medium-sized industrial company with a long history of success and a clear focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability. You will find flat hierarchies, a collegiate work environment, and a corporate culture that actively promotes self-responsibility and further development.

Tasks

  • You perform the payroll processing with DATEV LODAS independently and ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific regulations.
  • You advise and support employees in all personnel-related matters around accounting, social insurance, and working hours.
  • You manage timekeeping, handle leave and absence times, and create corresponding evaluations.
  • You process business trip expense reports according to tax and company guidelines.
  • You prepare certificates and take over communication with authorities, health insurance companies, and tax consultants.
  • You support the processing of temporary work relationships and organize occupational health check-ups.
  • You actively contribute to optimizing HR processes and digitalization in personnel affairs.

Qualification

  • You have a completed commercial education, ideally with further training in personnel administration or payroll processing.
  • You bring professional experience in the personnel department, particularly in payroll processing, ideally from an industrial company.
  • You possess good knowledge of labor tax and social insurance law.
  • You are confident in handling MS Office; DATEV knowledge is advantageous.
  • You work structured, meticulous, and confidentially.
  • You convince with team spirit, communication strength, and service orientation.
  • You bring negotiation-safe German language skills (at least C1 level).

Benefits

  • You gain access to attractive positions that are often not publicly advertised.
  • You will be personally advised and accompanied throughout the entire application process.
  • You benefit from honest feedback, discretion, and our industry expertise.
  • You save time, as we take over communication with companies for you.
  • You take on a responsible and varied activity in a stable company.
  • You benefit from flexible working hours and the possibility of home office.
  • You enjoy 30 days of vacation plus special leave at special occasions.
  • You work in an engaged team with short decision-making paths and appreciative communication.
  • You secure attractive additional benefits, such as a contribution to occupational pension provision.
  • You benefit from a long-term perspective with individual development opportunities.
  • The position is equipped with an attractive remuneration according to experience, qualifications, and responsibility, and offers you long-term security in a future-oriented environment.

Sounds like your next challenge? Then apply now directly!
