Personnel Administrator (m/w/d)
Job description

We are looking for a personnel administrator (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time for our administration in Wuppertal Cronenberg as of now.
Tasks
- You create the salary statement independently for employees and managed staff members, taking into account current tax and social insurance laws using the DATEV/ LODAS accounting program.
- You are responsible for the smooth processing of administrative personnel processes (e.g. contract creation, personnel changes, maintenance of personnel records and personnel data, creation of certificates and attestations).
- Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, authorities, government agencies, and educational institutions.
- In addition to general personnel administration tasks and personnel controlling/meldewesen, you are the contact person for our specialists and managed staff members from entry to exit, supporting them in personal matters.
Qualification
- We require a commercial vocational training for this position.
- Ideal candidates have additional qualifications in the personnel area and several years of experience in personnel work and remuneration accounting.
- You stand out with high responsibility, high service orientation, friendliness, and team spirit.
- We would be pleased if you had application-safe DATEV- and Eplaskenntnisse as well as experience with Vivendi-Zeiterfassung.
- You can identify with the tasks and goals of Lebenshilfe.

- The remuneration and framework conditions are based on the TVöD VKA (house tariff).
- You will receive an annual special payment of 90% of your gross monthly income, a company pension plan according to the statutes of the RZVK, a supplementary health insurance policy, and property-effective benefits in the amount of €10.00 per month.
