The Reisach Clinics, acute clinics for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, are a privately owned family business with two locations in the Stiefenhofen and Oberstdorf regions. We are looking for a Personnel Coordinator (m/w/d) at our Adula Klinik location in Oberstdorf, part-time or full-time (approximately 30 hours per week).

Tasks

What you'll do here – versatile and responsible

• You will prepare salary calculations and keep track of numbers and deadlines.
• You will take care of time management and absences.
• You will support recruitment and be a contact person for employees.
• You will create contracts, certificates, and attestations – reliably and legally secure.

Qualification

What you bring – strong in terms of profession, convincing in terms of humanity

• A completed commercial education with a focus on personnel.
• Experience in personnel coordination and salary calculations.
• Good knowledge of labor, social security, and income tax law.
• A structured, self-reliant work style and secure handling of MS Office.
• Discretion, sense of responsibility, and joy in dealing with people.
