• Administration and maintenance of time accounts
• Maintenance and administration of personnel files
• Implementation and administration of employee on- and offboarding
• Contact person for employees
• Responsibility for applicant management and recruitment
• Accompaniment of recruitment processes
• External contact person for various personnel-related topics
• Support for department heads

• Very good German language skills, as well as good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Able to competently use a time management system and MS Office programs
• At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field and a commercial education or comparable qualification
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Outstanding service mentality and excellent communication skills
