We are looking for a reinforcement for our headquarters in Alsfeld from 01.07.2025 in full-time or part-time (from 25 hours/week) for our personnel department.

Tasks

• Bureaucracy of operational HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit
• Preparation, management, and maintenance of all personal documents, including employment contracts, contract changes, and certificates
• Support in preparing salary and wage calculations as well as ensuring a timely accounting process
• Administration and maintenance of time and absence management as well as HR management system
• Contact person for executives and employees in personal, accounting, and labor law matters
• Support and accompaniment of the entire recruitment process – from job posting to onboarding
• Planning, organization, and implementation of measures for personnel development
• Support in employee meetings as well as in further personal measures
• Participation in the further development of HR processes as well as interdisciplinary HR projects
