Tasks

In this position, you will support our HR department at the location comprehensively and professionally – including:

• Maintenance and administration of personnel files as well as HR-relevant data, reports, and statistics
• Support for preparing salary and wage calculations and processing HR correspondence
• Communication with health insurance companies, authorities, government agencies, and internal departments
• Breeder management including recording of entries and exits, creation of job postings and BR hearings
• Clearing up employee concerns and forwarding personal relevant topics
• Support for organizing training and further education measures
• Creation of work and customer system tickets as well as general HR administrative support

Qualification

• A commercial education, ideally with an HR focus, or several years of experience in personnel administration
• Basic knowledge of tariff, social, or labor law is advantageous
• Familiarity with MS Office; ideally experience with HR or payroll systems
• Very good German language skills (C2); Polish or English language skills are a plus
• A structured and conscientious working style as well as high responsibility awareness
• Pleasure in collaboration – both with HR colleagues and employees on site
• Readiness to work on site full-time (no home office)
