Tasks

The role in the team:

• Personal administration (contract management, certifications, transcripts etc.)
• Support in processing employee entries and exits
• Preliminary salary calculation
• Contact person for employees
• Support in the recruitment area
• Support in the development and digitalization of our HR processes

Qualification

This is what matters:

• At least 3 years of experience in the HR field, ideally in the construction/immobilien industry
• Economic education with a focus on personnel management or equivalent qualification
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• High IT affinity and very secure handling of MS Office
• Independent and reliable work style
