Personnel Administrator (mIwId)
Job description
A successful trading company with a global network of suppliers is looking to strengthen its team by hiring multiple Personnel Administrators (mIwId).
Location: Metropolitan region Rhein-Ruhr (mobile work possible) I Start date after personal availability
Tasks

You will be responsible for the entire personnel life cycle for several hundred employees.

You will manage working time and leave accounts in a time-tracking system.

You will create employment contract documents, certificates, and maintain electronic personnel records.

You will communicate with health insurance companies/government agencies and conduct notification and certification procedures.

You will advise employees and management on accounting and labor law topics.
Qualification

Economic education and several years of experience in payroll processing and/or personnel administration.

Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll systems (e.g. SAP HCM, P&I Loga).

High service orientation, initiative, and independent working style.

Good knowledge of labor law, tax law, and social security law.

Interest in digital HR transformation and advanced problem-solving skills.
