Part-time Payroll and Salary Administrator (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Carrying out the monthly payroll and salary calculation
• Caring for time accounting as well as maintaining all relevant personnel data
• Advising and supporting employees and management in all payroll-relevant questions
• Processing of certification and notification procedures
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, authorities, and our regional associations
• Preliminary preparation and creation of the monthly payroll and salary calculation, including certification and notification procedures.
• Maintenance of personnel data and time accounting data
• Monthly and annual cut-off work
• Creation of reports and statistics
• A competent point of contact for our employees and management as well as for health insurance companies and authorities
• Certificate creation

Qualification

• A completed commercial vocational training with a further education to payroll administrator (m/w/d) or relevant work experience as payroll administrator (m/w/d)
• Practical experience in payroll and salary calculation
• Experience in time accounting is desirable
• Knowledge of labor tax and social security law
• A structured and independent working style
• A secure demeanor when dealing with employees, superiors, and business partners
• A high sense of responsibility and discretion
