HR Administrator / HR Administration (m/w/d)
Job description
An established, regionally rooted company in the field of passenger transportation is looking for a reliable, structured, and service-oriented person to support the HR department. As a middle-sized company with several locations, it stands for reliability, service orientation, and safe mobility in the region.
We are seeking someone who enjoys organizing administrative personnel processes and supporting the HR team in their daily business.
In this role, you will ensure that personal records, workflows, and information are up-to-date – for a company where people move people every day.
Tasks
- Supporting the HR department in all administrative tasks of the daily business
- Creating and maintaining employment contracts, contract amendments, certifications, and transcripts according to specifications
- Administrative accompaniment of entries, exits, and changes in the employment relationship
- Maintaining personal records, personnel data, and relevant documents
- Capturing and maintaining working hours, vacation times, illness notifications, and other absences
- Supporting the payroll and salary calculation process in close coordination with financial accounting or external parties
- Supporting the certification process and personal correspondence
- Point of contact for employees and management regarding administrative personnel matters
- Participation in further structuring and improving administrative HR processes
Qualification
- Completed commercial training, for example, in office management, industrial clerkship, personnel services clerkship, or comparable
- First experience in personnel administration, management, assistance, payroll preparation, or time management is advantageous
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with personnel, payroll, or time recording systems is desirable but not necessarily required
- Safe handling of confidential information
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work approach
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented communication
- Diskretion, sense of responsibility, and a good instinct for confidential information
- Pleasure in working pragmatically and solution-oriented in a lively middle-sized environment
